I have a bit of an issue. I work in a male dominated industry (golf courses) therefore I think that’s caused some unspoken "gender" backlash. My degree is a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors of Marketing and Golf Management (yes GM is a real degree). I have also worked in golf courses for this is my 11th year and of the 11 years 6 of those have been running the pro-shop.
The dilemma:
I moved to a new state (about 1100 mi from home) and I found a job at a great golf course. I do love the member base and I get along with my coworkers very well. I have been at this course for just shy of a year now. The person who is the Assistant Pro (2nd in command to the General Manager\Head Pro) is a male, few months younger than me, his first job ever, and not a degree of any sort (we get along just fine). Chain of command: Head Pro\General Manager; Assistant Pro; Me. However, I have all the job requirements of the Assistant Pro.
My question is: How do I continue to deal with not being paid what I feel I rightfully deserve? Should I question it or should I move on?

It is also interesting that the majority of purchases online are being driven by consumers ages 18-24 followed closely by consumers ages 50-64. The opinion of most of the marketing professionals seems to be that the buying pattern of the online consumer in the social market place must be disrupted over time. Most of these large retailers are missing the golden opportunity to be associated in special ways with established brands. While it is important to be differentiated from the brands and products you sell, it is also important to leverage the work that has been done by the major brands to offset marketing cost and increase efficiency. This can be achieved by engaging the social sphere in meaningful conversation around the brands. It’s marketing’s role to understand the consumer from a psychographic and behavioral aspect. In order to do this effectively marketers must view their company, its products and services and where the customer touches their company from the customer’s perspective.

What do you think would be a good and accurate way to give each course a match percentage based on the student’s input?
I could put a weight on the subjects related to each course? (For example for an accountancy course the subject "accounting" should have a larger weight than say "marketing").
I could put a weight on the student’s subject choices? For example make them choose their subjects in order of preference.
How many subjects would you associate with each course? Would you divide them into certain levels of importance? How many subjects should the students enter into the search and should they be in order of preference?

I’m thinking about going to college to learn affiliate marketing. I’m very new to it. I have bought the making money at home program and about Clickbank and how to make money. I saw the training video and read books, but still didn’t help me. I don’t have good reading comprehension to know how to do it.
